BPR/BPD – Business Process Re-engineering/Definition

2) Define the reference model of processes and the organizational structures in different areas, finalized to use a new IT solution;
3) Locate a new solution that covers the specific need, defining and assessing impacts and constraints both on processes to implement and border processes;
4) Quantifying and plan the improvement path up to the implementation of new system.
